Welcome to the cutest little art studio in the Bay Area, open for space rentals.  The vibe is artsy, colorful, happy, and positive.  You can rent the studio for any reason – a corporate offsite for a change of scenery, a small birthday party, bridal showers, club meetings, a place to craft with friends, a place to brainstorm a new project, etc.

The Space
Two rooms and a private single bathroom are available for your use.  The first room is empty (we use it for a music room, sitting on the floor).  The second room has a large conference room table and 14 chairs for seating at the table.  There are speakers you can connect to and free wifi.  Access to our private bathroom is right outside.

Food and Drinks
You can bring in food and drinks and there’s plenty of countertop space and tables to set up on.  Alcohol is permitted – but absolutely no loud parties or events.  Our studio is located directly next to several other businesses and we need to respect the noise levels on all sides.  Illegal substances of any kind are strictly prohibited.  Don’t forget to bring utensils, napkins, plates, etc. as they are not provided.

Cost
$200 for the 1st hour
$75 for additional 1/2 hours

$150 for each additional hour

Cleaning
$100 cleaning fee

Payment
The full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
100% refund if you cancel within one week of the booking. $50 cancellation fee after that.

Apart from access to the property and its amenities, no additional services or supplies are included.

Can I bring more than 15 people?
Sorry, we cannot accommodate more than 15 people in the studio for private events.

What is the self-cleaning option?
If you don’t want to hassle with cleaning, we offer a $100 cleaning fee. If you want to avoid the $100 cleaning fee, we ask that you do the following before leaving-
– Remove all food and drinks including from the refrigerator & freezer
– Wipe down the tables and push in the chairs
– Pick up any food/drinks/garbage on the floor, on countertops, etc.
– Remove any trash – there is a trash bin behind the building you can use.
(Basically, leave the studio how you found it.)

Check-in / Check-out
The host will meet in person for both check-in to show you around and check-out.

Set up and Cleaning
Both setup and cleaning should be completed within the duration of your booked stay.  Cleanup must be finished before your scheduled check-out time.  This ensures a smooth and timely transition for your visit.

On-site Manager
Our on-site manager will be in the enclosed private office connected to the studio to assist with any questions or problems.  Rest assured you will have complete privacy during your stay.

Parking
Since we are located downtown Los Altos, parking can be a bit tricky so it’s best to carpool if you can!
